We definitely enjoyed our stay in your vacation home. It was very comfortable and a great layout for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the TVs in their bedrooms were a huge treat! We arrived late in the evening after a long drive and the welcome food pack was EXACTLY what we needed to start without going to the grocery store! Your home was very welcoming even for two young children. The two living rooms provided room for the adults to watch tv in one room while the kids played in the other. We had a great time in Florida. Your home was perfect. The kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Everything that we could possibly need was available. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort. Unfortunatley we did not spend all that much time exploring the resort, being this was our childrens first visit to Disney. We are looking forward to coming back soon. Next time we will hopefully be able to relax a little more and spend more time at the house and resort. Thanks again for everything.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our familiy of five. So much more comfortable than being confined to a small hotel room. Location was great for visiting Disney parks and Sea World. Your directions were perfect and very helpful. We really appreciated having the milk, cereal, juice etc. to get us started on our 1st morning. And your providing things like dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels was a big plus! I am very particular, and I found everything to be very clean, easy to find and use. We will definitely recommend your home to anyone planning a visit to Orlando and will rent again if we return. As for the resort, I can't really give an opinion since we did not use the facilities on our visit. But it seemed lovely and well kept. PS: My girls could not stop talking about the very soft blankets for the beds!

Where do I start! Your villa is absolutely fantastic in every aspect and there is nothing we could suggest that would improve it. You covered everything!! Thank you so much. It really made our stay in Florida so much more relaxing and gave a peaceful haven at the end of often long and stressful days at the parks (we only lasted an hour at Magic Kingdom!) In fact if anything your villa was almost TOO nice as we didn't want to go anywhere and just lie by the pool and enjoy the lovely views and wildlife followed by games at night!!
Also we were really impressed with the resort itself and how safe and smart it is. If we ever decide to return to Florida we will certainly be requesting your villa again and similarly recommend you to friends etc. Ill do the review the resort has forwarded sometime today once Im organised. Lastly, thank you so much for your time and trouble taken to providing information on everything. It proved invaluable. The house was wonderful. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Emerald Island is a beautiful property. The location was great.The only problem we had was the pool heater had the water at 96 degrees Fahrenheit when we arrived. We still used the pool as the warm water actually felt good. The maintenance crew came right out the next morning and adjusted the thermostat. We will be travelling to Disney again in Nov. 07 and will absolutely look to rent your house again. I'll be happy to be a reference for your property if ever needed. Thanks again.

We had a great time at your lovely new villa and did not want to leave it. Our daughter Millie really enjoyed dragging us out every morning to test out the water on the big pool & "her" smaller pool. It was also bliss just being able to relax & swim at 11pm once she was in bed. The whole resort is very nice & we used the community pool & the gym. We went to animal kingdom & Mickeys halloween night's so the 10 minute journey using the shortcut was a very handy compared to the 1 1/2 hours it takes from helens dad's where we stayed before & after hiring your villa. Many thanks for sorting everything out at such short notice - hopefully we left it in the same superb condition that we found it ! We are already saving up for next year.

We had a tremendous stay at your Emerald Island home. We've stayed in a variety of accommodations in recent years and a private home is a great fit for a large family. Your home was impressive--neat, spacious and very well appointed. The heated pool and spa were a big hit, so much so that on days we had plans the children inquired whether we'd be home in time to swim. And the game room was a life saver on a rainy day. We also appreciated the convenience of the resort's location and of your lock box at the front door. In sum, we left longing for another day, which is probably the best measure of a good holiday! I would be more than willing to serve as a positive referral to any future inquiries you might receive from prospective guests. Thanks again for all your follow up. We'll stay in touch and hope to stay with you in 2008!

Thank you we all had a fantastic holiday at your villa ,it is a beautiful place you have there. Everyone said it was situated in a great position, not overlooked at the back at all. The directions you gave us were also very good,we didn't get lost once!(which is very unusual for us). I hope we left it clean and tidy to your satisfaction. Many thanks for your e-mail. We had a fantastic time at your villa in Emerald Island. We enjoyed all the facilities in the villa especially our two grown up sons who had a great time playing the pool table and air hockey table. The swimming pool was a great way to keep cool and the spa was great to relax in. The villa was very central to all Disney Parks and to get on to the 192 and 4 roads. The resort was very secure but we never had enough time to spend at the clubhouse. The Welcome Pack was very welcome and everything was used. My wife loved the washing machine and tumble dryer so quick and easy to use. We would certainly use your villa again if we ever return to Florida.
Unfortunately we had to contact the Management Company as there was ants crawling along the pool area. I immediately phoned Paul and everything was all sorted the next day. We never had any other problems during the rest of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florida. The villa was excellent, Top! It was beautifully and richly equipped. Nice and big rooms, clean bathrooms/showers, good furniture and kitchen equipment etc) We also appreciated the welcome pack and the items in the fridge ;-)
The kids loved to play in the garage-playing room and to swim in the pool (not only the kids:-).
One day the coffee machine broke down. After a short phonecall the Management Company replaced it by a new one. Nice guy, very good service.
The resort as a whole is very comfortable: lots of green, space and nice houses. We could easily reach the theme parks from the Emerald resort.
Yes, we would recommend the Emerald Isand Resort and your villa to everyone.

We had a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home. It was really perfect for our needs - comfortable and livable - just the kind of surroundings that make for a fabulous and relaxing vacation. It's clear that the house was planned comfortably and well, with people's real needs and desires considered. We didn't use the resort facilities at all, but made excellent use of all aspects of the house, from the baby equipment to the games room to the very convenient laundry facilities to the pool (even though we didn't have the greatest weather!).
