What deposit secures my holiday? - A deposit of £300/$300
Is a security deposit required? - A refundable security deposit of £300/$300 is required. Your deposit will be returned within 4 weeks of leaving the property, when our management company have confirmed the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.
When is payment due in full? - Payment is due in full 10 weeks before your scheduled arrival.
How can I pay for my stay at the villa? - We accept the following payment methods in either US$or UK£: Cheque or Bank draft and most Major Credit Cards via PayPal, please add 4% for this method of payment
What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa? - Our home sleeps 8 in beds, there is also a cot / crib within the house.
What is check-in & check-out time? - Check-in 4 pm, with Check out time 10.30 am. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room. Please help us prepare for our next guest by being on time.
How do we find the Villa? - Driving directions will be given prior to your stay.
Where do we collect the key to the villa from? - There is a key lock outside the house which is accessible through entering a code into the keypad on the front door. There will be a unique code for your stay, which you will receive by e-mail prior to the stay of your holiday.
How far is the villa from the main attractions? - Emerald Island Resort is minutes from Walt Disney World; the nearest theme park is Animal Kingdom which is under ten minutes away.
What happens if we have any problems during out stay?
Our home is locally managed and they are on call 24/7 to take care of you.

Is the villa professionally cleaned? - The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
Why stay in a private home? - Hotels can be very expensive, for the price of one hotel room you can use our luxury villa with your own private pool. Our villa is superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable. ALL BOOKINGS - FREE WiFi AND FREE FOOD STARTER PACK
Who looks after the pool? - The management company takes care of chemical balancing cleaning the pool and spa weekly.
Is the pool heated? - Yes. For an additional charge the pool heat will be turned on. Heat is recommended during the months of April through to October.
What pool safety measures do you have? - A removable Child Safety fence is provided. There are also door alarms installed fitted to the doors leading out to the pool area.
Do you have any pool furniture? - We have four sun beds as well as a table with four chairs for outside dining. We also have two chairs for toddlers.
Are linens provided? - All linens for the beds are provided.
Are towels provided? - A plentiful selection of towels for use in the villa and at the pool are provided.
Are plates etc provided? - A plentiful supply of cups, plates etc and cooking utensils are provided.
Can I smoke in the villa? - The villa is strictly a non-smoking environment.
Can I take pets along with me? - The villa has a strict no pet’s policy.
Can I park my RV at Emerald Island? - RV’s are not allowed at Emerald Island.
What about security? - Emerald Island are private and gated. The security gate at Emerald Island is manned 24 hours per day by security guards who only allow people in to the resort who have a valid pass. The resort is very peaceful and it is extremely safe to walk or ride a bicycle.
